Stress Check Training is proud to open its e-Learning Knowledge Portal which allows learners to view and complete e-Learning courses and managers to view the progress of their employees.

Below you will see a range of e-learning courses that are designed to help your employees and managers recognise, respond and resolve everyday stress. These courses are designed to be a cost effective method of delivering stress training to employees, each module is interactive and will provide the learner with questions to test learning and a certificate upon completion.

After receiving payment you will receive a confirmatory email which will give you a login and password together with the link to access our course. Simply click on the link and type in your login and password  and you will be able to start the course. We recommend that you login when you have time to sit down and fully concentrate on the course to get the full benefit.

Accessed via the internet, your intranet or CD ROM, Beating Stress Interactive is a cost effective, environmentally friendly, informative and fun learning experience. It includes assessments to determine how stressed individuals are within themselves and the workplace, as well as a variety of ways to overcome and prevent stress within your organisation.
