In order to tackle stress, each individual must address their own sources of stress (stressors) and work out ways to beat them. They can't hope to do this without first having an understanding of what stress is, how it affects us and what damage it does.

Once people know how to respond to the source of stress, as well as dealing with an immediate stress impact, they grow in confidence and begin to help those around them do the same. We teach people simple techniques which can be done by anyone, every day to help become stress free.
