We recognise that not all companies can afford to take enough people away from the working environment at the same time to fill an in-house course. Stress Check Training offers external Stress Seminars at various locations around the UK to help companies with employee stress management. These Seminars will 'pool' the resources of several companies therefore reducing the financial burden on them. We organise the whole event and each company participating can help their employees too become more stress free.
Seminar timings: - 9.30am - 12.30pm or 1.30pm - 4.30pm
Seminar costings: - £100 plus VAT per delegate
Minimum requirement from each company: - 1 Delegate

Practical Stress Awareness Workshops
"Practical Stress Awareness" is an introduction to stress in all areas of our daily lives, how it affects us, how to deal with it and how to reduce stress. Being aware of what makes us and others stressed is the basis to successful stress management. It is a two or three hour workshop which includes explanations, group discussions, exercises and practical work.
